About me:

Hey, I’m Eisha, a Perth-based UX Designer with a love for travel, new experiences, and learning about people.

My path into design hasn’t been linear, and that’s how I like it. I enjoy keeping things diverse and flexible to encourage growth. I’ve worked across customer service, project coordination, literature, the not-for-profit sector, and administration, alongside completing the Google UX Design and Project Management Certificates. Each experience has strengthened my perspective, fueled my curiosity, and deepened my understanding of the different challenges people face.

Presently, I am working as a client portal administrator, focusing on improving workflows, managing client information, creating procedures, and implementing ideas and refinements to reduce behind-the-scenes labour time and improve task efficiency. This closely aligns with UX principles, even outside of traditional design environments.

These experiences have reinforced my skills and given me the opportunity to put ideas into action, enhancing system usability and communication to support both users and teams.

I enjoy understanding users, brainstorming ideas, and turning complex problems into structured, intuitive solutions. I’m goal-driven and thrive when collaborating with like-minded teams to move ideas forward.

I aim to find roles that combine UX and project work, where I can contribute to both strategy and execution. I also enjoy taking on small UX projects to sharpen my design skills, maintain creativity, and continue building experiences that genuinely help people.
